I still think the whole NEK **** is a bunch of BS though. I will tell you some of the new additions in N5 are going to be HUGE time savers for me, that alone is a reason for me to upgrade.

Nuendo 5 is getting all of the new music features from C5, and with its superior automation (always one step ahead over cubase) it will be a great package for both post/music. Cubase unfortunately never inherited this feature from Nuendo. all of your automation movements, your fade in/out handles are all sync'd to picture as well. Absolutely necessary for doing any "Sound to Picture" work. When you move an event on the project timeline it will also move in respect to the location(timecode/frames) in your video. 'Edit Mode' is a transport feature in Nuendo that allows you to synchronize regions/events to video. What do you mean? "No edit mode" in Cubase.
